Nameplate Add-On

This is a nameplate add on for any made to order or custom designed collar. It can be added to any 3/4" or wider collar. There is room for 2 lines for Dog's Name and your Phone Number.

* These Nameplates cannot be added to Pre-Made or Ready to Ship Collars

Please do not purchase this nameplate without a collar as they are very difficult to attach without the correct tools and experience.

• "Guapo" Shown on a 1.5" wide collar with room to put crystals above and below.
• "Moxie Dog" is shown on a 1" wide collar, crystals can fit on either side.
• "Kaiser" is shown on a plain 1.5" wide collar
