This collar is padded with luxuriously soft chap leather. The top layer width is available in 1.25" and 1.5" with total width being 1.5" and 1.75" respectively. This is a gorgeous collar for the spoiled pup!! This collar will be tapered to a smaller buckle size for maximum comfort. If you're not sure about best buckle size, just leave me a note and I will do the best average buckle size for the neck size.
