Warranty and Purchase Policy: 

Moxie Collars come with a lifetime guarantee. Each collar is made to last when cared for properly. All hardware and crystals are guaranteed. Should any hardware fail or a crystal come loose they will be replaced free of charge. Buyer pays shipping. This Warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship. If the collar is damaged due to the dog's wear and tear we can make repairs based on a pre-negotiated fee. 

Refunds and Exchanges: 

Please double check the size you order and make sure the width is suitable for your dog's size and breed. If you need any help determining the correct size for your dog please do not hesitate to ask. To learn how to measure your dog correctly for a Moxie Collar please read our sizing and care page

Please respect that Moxie Collar products are completely handmade from start to finish and each collar is made to order. Orders for the wrong size cost us time and material so please measure your dog and make sure you are ordering the correct size.  

For pre-designed collars we charge a 15% restocking fee on returns and exchanges of lesser value. The collar or leash must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery date and in brand new / unworn condition to receive a refund. 

No returns or exchanges are accepted after 14 days from delivery date.

All "Design Your Own" collars are completely custom and we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Charges:

We do not cover shipping charges on returns, exchanges or collars sent in for repair. 

Returns:

Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the collar. The collar must be unworn and in brand new condition or it will be returned without a refund. 

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We are not responsible for any fees incurred after shipping the collar. Some countries tack on import fees to the item so please be aware of your country's shipping/import policies before purchasing items. These are customs fees that we have no control over and no way to include in the up front costs of the collars. 
Please also note that I ship USPS First Class international and it can take up to 2 weeks or longer to receive the item. If you still haven't received the collar within a reasonable amount of time please contact me. 

All international orders are non-refundable and non-returnable at this time.
